Who counts as a paid user?

People with login access, including owners and admins. Choose at least five users. AI agents are unlimited, and employee or contact records without login access do not count.

What’s included in the trial?

All BOSS* modules and tools for 7 days: unlimited projects, unlimited AI agents, 20 GB storage, templates, time tracking, HR, clients and finances.

Why do I need a card?

It helps us prevent automated and abusive signups. Paddle securely handles your card. You won't be charged during the free trial.

What happens after 7 days?

Your selected user count starts billing automatically at $10 per user monthly or $96 per user yearly, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your Aqtos settings. If you've already paid, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

You can request a refund of your first monthly or annual payment within 30 days. Usage and purchase exclusions apply; see our refund policy.
